When we talk about coaches, we often talk about the act of coaching: lineups, team concepts, special teams. But we rarely talk about the other side, which involves the responsibility of leading. Leadership for a coach can mean a whole lot of things, but it doesn’t come from those mechanical aspects, exclusively.

So when it comes to motivating and teaching and managing change and communication, do we see coaches apply some successful tactics or do different things?
