TORONTO – The 85-year-old Ontario woman tries her best to watch every Minnesota Wild game – well, up until her bedtime or up until they start losing.

The second the Wild face a deficit, she turns the game off and is content to wait ‘til the next day to learn the score in the newspaper.

“I just get mad,” says the woman, who every morning still reads the Toronto Sun from “stem to stern.”

As you can imagine, especially lately considering the Wild have lost 11 of their past 15 games, Theresa Boudreau, the mother of the team’s head coach, has prematurely shut off a lot of games.
